Q: Returns and Exchanges

Blue Turtle Kids accepts merchandise returned up to two weeks from the date you receive your shipment. We will either replace the item, credit your account, or refund your purchase price. Refunds for Sale items will be made with a Store Credit valid for 6 months.

Please send all exchanges or returns via USPS, FEDEX,UPS or parcel post INSURED to the following address:

To expedite your return or exchange, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, order number (if you have it) , and a brief explanation of whether you need an exchange or return.

All returns are handled within four days of receipt at our warehouse. Please allow up to 30 days for credit to appear on your billing statement.

Q: Shipping

Your shipping choice includes USPS mail or UPS delivery . You will choose your shipping option on your invoice.

We ship USPS Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation which takes approx 2-3 days to arrive-unless your shipment is less than 1 pd - then we will ship First Class mail. We are happy to ship UPS

If you need UPS Ground, Overnight or Expedited Shipping your price options will be listed.

International and Canada Buyers - we are happy to ship USPS Priority airmail to you based on the weight of your shipment. The additional charge will be emailed to you once we are able to weigh your order.
